Meditate with mindfulness with our beautiful handmade, unique dupatta. Traditionally used as a headscarf for meditation to keep energy within, today it is often used as a fashion accessory around the neck or shoulders. Made with love and artisanship by village women from Lucknow, India. Our scarves are Organic Cotton with hand embroidered chikankari stitching – an ancient and traditional art of embroidery. It takes many years for an artisan to master the techniques, requiring discipline and precision of detail. As a result, this art cannot be replicated anywhere.
We encourage women to take the time for self-care. Meditation benefits your emotional wellbeing, enhances self-awareness, and provides balance and calm. Each jewel tone color was chosen with intention to inspire different emotions and energies.

HOW TO USEFor meditation, place the middle of the scarf over head, let both ends of the scarf fall onto your shoulders, wrap one or both remaining ends around neck to hold in energy and create a meditative focus at the third eye point (brow point).
For accessorizing, use as a neck scarf, shoulder wrap or traditional dupatta drape (ends of scarf to back with front like cowl neck).
For home deco, use it as a table runner or dress up your chairs by draping over back of chair.
